My favorite breakfast smoothie

I am hooked on the Vega whole Food Health Optimizer chocolate flavor protein powder. (it also comes in vanilla, berry or neutral flavor) I have been making a smoothie in the morning. I add the powder, some berries or greens (kale), a little almond milk, sometimes almond or peanut butter, ice and it is ready to go. I am usually in a rush in the mornings and this is fast and yummy. I stay full and energized all morning. This is an amazing plant based product. I loved it!!

    Allison – thank you so much for the breakfast smoothie tip! I went to Whole Foods and bought the Vega protein powder, it’s yummy and SO filling!
